What payment methods do you accept? We welcome all major credit cards, and debit cards.

How can I track the status of my order? You will be provided with a tracking number within 48 business hours to monitor the shipment of your item(s). For digital orders, access will be available within 60 minutes of your purchase, unless otherwise specified.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, you have the option to make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective product? If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service by email, providing your order number, full name, and email address. Include a detailed description of the issue along with accompanying pictures if applicable. A member of our customer service team will respond to you within 72 business hours. 

What is your service return/exchange policy? (for products) Unused, non-customized items may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days after the purchase date. Please note, we reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if the item shows signs of use or is not in its original purchased condition. 

What is your service return/exchange policy? (for services) All deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred for use with other services, individuals, or products. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 business days. Please note that digital courses have a distinct policy, which will be provided upon the release of each course.

What shipping options do you offer, and what are the estimated delivery times? All items are shipped through the U.S.P.S. and will be dispatched within 48 business hours. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak seasons. In the event of significant delays, you will be promptly notified.

Do you provide international shipping? Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order? Certainly, changes can be made within the first 24 hours of placing your order. However, after this period, we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies entered during the initial order. While we will make every effort to facilitate the receipt of your purchased items, we cannot guarantee it.
